FAQ Experience Me

As a principal residence, you can only let your property for 120 days a year. To be able to rent it out for longer, you will need to make a declaration to the town hall of a change of use or a request for a change of use so that your property can be registered as a secondary residence and therefore rented out all year round.

Whether on Airbnb or Booking, we use damage guarantees. These cover any damage that a traveller may cause during their stay. This includes damage to your accommodation, furniture, valuables or personal belongings.

This depends on the cancellation conditions they choose on the platform: if they choose the flexible option, their stay will be refunded up to 24 hours before arrival; if they choose the non-cancellable option, their stay will not be refunded.
